Would anyone have a list of good security recomendations to develope a Hardening standard for Oracle times 10 (all versions)

I have not used it before and am unsure how it differs from Oracle. This might help me if someone could also explain.

I do have an Oracle hardening standard and want to develope something similar as the company I work for now has 5 installations of times 10.

For example:
1. Apply latest security patches
2. Install ttmodinstall --enableAccessControl and then ......
