Title: Oracle security and other languages Post by Pete Finnigan on Feb 19th, 2007, 1:39pm Hi, I was browsing the internet looking for information abount the lncupw() function and noticed that most of the info found about this function came from chinese sites. I can't read chinese but using http://babelfish.altavista.com I was able to read some of the information on the chinese web-site: http://211.147.225.34/gate/big5/oracle.chinaitlab.com/exploiture/529301.html The translated title is : How teaches you to intercept the Oracle database connection password. The translation is quite readable. There are many language 'groups' that don't use english to publish their information: spanish/portuguese, chinese, german, russian. Using babelfish it is possible to read those web-sites. So, do not restrict your (Google)searches to just english. Ivan |
