For information on Oracle Applications 11i security, you probably want to check out the security resources section at Integrigy. There are multiple whitepapers and guides discussing the different security and auditing aspects of Oracle Applications.

To answer your specific question, there are 250+ default database accounts and up to 25 default application accounts. For the database try APPS/APPS and for the application try SYSADMIN/SYSADMIN.

Paul; the database default accounts and passwords are listed in my database default passwords list - http://www.petefinnigan.com/default/default_password_list.htm - there are multiple versions, csv, html, xls etc available.

Steve's applications 11i quick reference guide http://www.integrigy.com/security-resources/whitepapers/Integrigy_Oracle_11i_Security_Quick_Ref.pdf includes default applications accounts.
