UKOUG Unix SIG 22nd Jan and more

It's been a busy last couple of weeks for me so not much blogging. I am getting a slightly slower day tomorrow as I will grab a train down to the http://www.ukoug.org/calendar/show_events.jsp?year=2008&month=01&day=22 - (broken link) UKOUG UNIX SIG in Westminster where I will be talking about http://www.ukoug.org/calendar/show_presentation.jsp?id=8110 - (broken link) Using Oracle VPD in the real world and then its back to more work the rest of the week. I always look forward to these days to meet people, put faces to email addresses and also to hopefully learn something from the other speakers. As I am getting the train down instead of driving I am planning to catch up on some bits of work laid to one side waiting for time to do them. The trains are quite good now, you get a power point for your laptop and since GNER was taken over free WiFi as well.

I have also agreed to speak at the OUG event in Edinburgh at the end April so that should be fun as I have not been into Edinburgh for a long time, i have skirted around a few times in the car but not stopped. I have also agreed to speak at a security conference in Oslo in April so will update the speaking events section shortly.

I have also been working on our Oracle security service offerings, products, consulting and training sections of this website. These should go live soon so more about those here when i post them live.
